Fly- spread your wings

hello And welcome back.
Recently I had the honor of being Guest designer at .vintagejourney. The challenge is things with wings .
I made this layout with pics of my daughter trying a flip while jumping in the lake. it was real flight for her.

 Step by step process

 1. place the pic on the scrapbook paper, draw rough lines around them.
 2. applied gesso with a cut credit card . giving some texture.

 3. i cut an old cork board to matte the pictures.then inked it with distress ink at the edges.

 4. then sprayed some water for ink to spread.
5.applied various colors of blue from rangers ink
6. then splattered some water to get texture
6. used tim holtz ruler stencil
7 stamped with timholtz cling stamps
8.  added some cheese cloth   to enhance the effect of water splash
                          9. added paper buttons, leftover cardboard after taking out buttons, flowers and
timholtz rubons.

The color scheme and sketch is from offtherailsscrapbooking.

lovetoscrapchallengeblog - anything-goes.
